WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Because we don’t keep stock of items, most orders ship within 3–7 business days of purchase. All products are cutout, sewn and made when you place an order. Orders are dispatched on weekdays only; excluding bank holidays. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.
WHAT METHODS OF SHIPPING DO YOU USE?
Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Some orders ship UPS depending on weight.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY USA
US orders can choose from two shipping options at checkout. Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage, typically 2–5 business days in transit) is a flat $5.95. Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail, typically 2–3 business days in transit) is a flat $12.95. US orders of $100 or more get free Standard Shipping. International shipping is a flat $20. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Any customs or import duties are incurred once the package makes it to its destination country. All buyers are responsible for additional charges for customs. Because customs policies vary from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for more information. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
