Will you pay for custom fees?

- If you have to come out of pocket a little extra, that’s completely out of our control. Custom and fees are determined by the country. We gotta play by the rules cuz tampering with info necessary for customs is illegal. And ain’t nobody got time for that!

How long does it take to get my order?

-We don’t make it ‘til you order it and each piece is made specifically for the customer. So don’t get your panties in a wad if takes a few days for you to get your merch. See our process here

My order isn't being processed due to an AVS mismatch. What does that mean?

If you're receiving this message: "The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder" it's probably due to a billing address error.

-Our system is very picky, and the address must match down to the period. We often tell customers to pull a bank statement and make sure the address entered looks exactly the same.

-If the issue persists, we also recommend paying through PayPal. This usually helps with international orders as well.

My card was charge multiple times! What's going on!?

-As far as the charges on your bank statement, your card has only been charged once. Your bank should show a "pending" charge amount for the others, but this was only a precaution to insure you have the funds available to purchase. This process will happen every time you place an order (as it does with most online retailers).

When will the "pending" charges be dropped?

-Your bank will remove the pending charges at midnight that same day if the order did not go through. Sometimes, if the charge was made over the weekend, it may take longer depending on your banks policy.

Can I cancel my order?

- Our shit is legit! Why would you want to cancel? Since our items are made to order, we cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Once your order hits our warehouse, it starts getting processed and then ships out to you!

Where can I track my order?

- Once your order has been shipped, you get a confirmation email with your tracking number and all that info! You can either track through the link in your confirmation email or log into your Marek + Richard account

Can I shop at a Marek + Richard store in person and try stuff on?

- We're 95.785% online! If you’re lucky to live near one of the retail boutiques that carry our product, then shop your ass off! Otherwise, feel free to have an all-night shopping spree in comfort of your home.

Can I place an order over the phone?

- 1(800) HAWT-BOYZ (468-2699) would be our hotline if we had one, but we don’t. So don't have a cow! We are optimized via web, iPhone, iPad, and tablet so you can always shop with us online no matter where you are.

Can you price match or make price adjustments?

- Prices are as marked, but we are always dishing out sales and secret deals, so sign up for our Marek + Richard mailing list to get some cool shit in your emails. Sign up form is found at the bottom of the homepage underneath My Account.

- If you’re a model and down to rock some sweet threads, then send us some looks from your portfolio. Living around the Dallas are, or can travel here is also a plus. We are always looking to foster new talent. But for real, serious inquiries only!

Can I get a refund for my return?

-No worries, you can return your gear and purchase what you really want! We want you to love your M+R gear, so in the case of returning damaged or defective goods, we accept returns & it couldn’t be easier. Just send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your goodies. 

Can I exchange items?

- We currently don’t offer exchanges. Please refer to our Size Guide for a more accurate fit.
