How to Return:

We want you to love your M+R gear, but just in case you don't, here's what you need to know. We now offer returns in the form of store credit. If you aren't living for it, simply send your unworn merch back to the address below within 14 days of the date your package arrives. Store credit is issued as a gift card that will be emailed to you once we receive your package. And don't worry doll your store credit never expires.

How to Exchange:

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on our site. If you believe you have received product that is incorrect or damaged please contact us via sales@marekrichard.com so we can rectify the situation.

Shipping Address:

Also, put down that drink before you checkout and be sure to TRIPLE check the ADDRESS you have on file with us to make sure it is ACCURATE and up to date. Remember, just like God, we have no control of what happens at the post office. Once orders leave our Dallas studio, we are not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the "wrong" address- WE NEVER SEND PACKAGES TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN WHAT IS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER- so that's on you boo.

Return To Sender:

Please note that there is a $10 fee for reshipping packages that are returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect addresses.

We can only process returns for products purchased through the Marek+Richard website. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns from retail boutiques that carry our products. If an issue does arise, please let us know what is going on and we can rectify the situation

To ensure a timely refund, please follow the steps below.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and have the tag attached. Nobody likes ABW Undies (Already-Been-Worn).

Simply purchase the mailing label via your preferred method of shipping. Then send the items you wish to return, along with a copy of your invoice to the address below:

We aren’t responsible for lost return packages, so we recommend sending it with tracking information to make sure we get everything.

Refunds are issued through a gift card via email. And don’t get your panties in a wad because it can take 7-14 days to processs.

No sale or clearance items are returnable, this includes sample items. As well, items sold through our subscription program and cheap queen bargain bags are not eligible for returns either. All seasonal holiday items must be returned before the holiday actually occurs.

Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refunded with purchase price.
