We want you to love your M+R gear, so in the case of returning damaged or defective goods, we accept returns & it couldn’t be easier. Just send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your goodies. We don’t accept exchanges, but no worries...you are welcome to order a new item.
You can only return product purchased through the Marek+Richard website. Unfortunately we cannot accept product from our retail boutiques. If an issue does arise, please let us know what is going on and we can rectify the situation
To ensure a timely refund, please follow the steps below.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and have the tag attached. Nobody likes ABW Undies (Already-Been-Worn).

- The dough it cost to send the item back is your responsibility. We aren’t responsible for lost packages, so we recommend sending it with tracking information to make sure we get everything.

Refunds are credited back in the original method of payment. And don’t get your panties in a wad because it can take 7-14 days to process.
